Coming together to nourish our mind, bodies and souls
through plant medicine, homesteading and beyond.

GOALS of Nourishing Circle:

It is my intention to:
✓ create and hold space for homeschool families  and our 4 H community to learn with us as we steward heritage breeds  ✓ take a deep dive into the Living World that explains agriculture  as a gift from God and the morality that is attached to a life well lived  stewarding all of God's creations

It is my mission to:
✓inspire seeking Moms to embrace the spiritual connection in raising families, food, and fiber
with old fashioned values as I share my journey as a farmer
✓master old world skills raising food and fiber using a foundation of old world values that nourishes
our entire family and communities mind-body and soul.

Grass is the centerpiece of our farm, of our lives. Each blade of grass tells a story, a circle of life that just as a blade of grass blows in the wind touching its neighbours, touches our lives and the circles that connect us. As a family we have chosen to keep grass at the center. We have carefully selected to work with grazing animals and their relationship to grass to help us steward our home and keep us nourished in our mind, body and soul.

As I walk along the journey of raising a son, stewarding land and animals, I invite those seeking to explore a deep vulnerable perspective to life and all that it brings to walk with me through my writing, questions, and a monthly group spiritual coaching call.

I will share my losses and wins with raising animals, raising a child and care-taking for a senior. I have visions of the future, a world we are co-creating now that is full of shared responsibility. I envision a farm like our holding space for a cooperative model of food and fiber. To get that vision to reality I must dream and weave it into existence and I will take the reader with me as I endeavour to dream a new model into reality.  I will share my experiences with values, morality, presence, and explore my relationship to God openly with all seeking to understand the circles of my life that I find nourishing.

In this ONLINE community, you will receive:

 1) Two guaranteed pieces of writing themed with the seasons of nature, what I am learning and lessons from parenting, farming, and my exploration with God. (available to all tiers).
2) One live group coaching call third Thursday of every month at 6:30 pm ATLANTIC STANDARD TIME (available to Reciprocity + Sustainability tiers).
3) A trial run with a Q and A podcast style will also be included in Reciprocity + Sustainability tiers.

This community is designed to facilitate mind-body-soul healing through reading and spiritual coaching calls held in a private monthly container. This grassroots offering is available to all who seek the inspirational and vulnerable content as I share my life's experiences with farming, land stewardship, parenting, permaculture practices, plant medicine and wholistic living. Nothing is intended to diagnose or act as medical advice, these are raw pieces of reflection being shared to inspire courage, curiosity, reverence and connection to all living beings.

For those able to contribute financially to the sustainability of my efforts, there will also be a monthly live zoom connection call (which is not recorded due to the nature of the coaching material shared by others on the call) and a written submission for q&a's which will be answered via a podcast style audio recording. An effort to answer all or any questions in both the q&a and live format will be made but will be capped at 1 hour.

 WORKING FARM
As a family we are raising Icelandic sheep for meat and fiber, Saanen milking goats for meat and milk,  Heritage chickens for eggs, and New Zealand rabbits for meat and pelts. We will be participating in three farmers markets this year and can be found at the Tatamagouche, Collingwood (Petals& Pitchforks) & Wentworth markets.  At our table we hope to share our love of herbal medicine plants in the form of teas & goats milk soap and we also hope to share, dog treats and rabbit pelts for inserts in mittens and boots. All meat& egg sales will be at our farm only at this time.
